Pardon the OOH Viewers

Pardon the Interruption welcomed on a familiar face last week – former ESPNer, Bill Simmons. Simmons’ unexpected guest appearance caught the attention of Out-of-Home viewers. The episode, which aired on ESPN on Monday, September 16th, averaged 925k OOH viewers, compared to this past Monday’s audience of 880k on September 23rd.
Even when it’s just Michael Wilbon and Tony Kornheiser, PTI has been a consistent performer in the Tunity Analytics Weekly National Out-of-Home Program Rankings, typically averaging over 700k OOH viewers per episode. Between the weeks of June 3rd and August 12th, at least one PTI episode made the Top Ten seven times.
